What is ZapZap API?
A platform that connects WhatsApp numbers to a REST API, without depending on Meta's official API. You provision an instance, connect the number with a QR code in minutes, and start sending and receiving messages, media, buttons and lists through the API, with warm-up and anti-ban included.
How much does it cost?
R$15 per active number per month, prepaid, with no per-message fees and no lock-in. You may receive a welcome credit when you create your account, subject to the current campaign.
Is it official from Meta?
No. ZapZap API is an unofficial solution based on managed instances. You connect your own regular number, with no business verification and no pre-approved templates. In return, the platform automates warm-up and anti-ban for you.
Can my number get banned?
No WhatsApp operation is zero risk. The platform lowers the risk a lot with community chip warm-up, humanized delays per instance, and sending that does not look like a mass blast. Warming a number up before sending at volume is the best practice.
How does warm-up work?
New numbers talk to each other in the warm-up community, never with real customers, building a natural history before going into production. This removes the most common ban trigger: a brand-new number behaving like a mass sender on day one.
Do I need to know how to code?
For API integration it helps to know REST requests and webhooks. But there is a visual dashboard, a no-code Flow Builder, and ready-made integrations with n8n, Make and Zapier for anyone who prefers not to write code.
Does it work with n8n, Make, Zapier and Supabase?
Yes. The API works with any tool that speaks HTTP and offers real-time webhooks per event. We have dedicated tutorials for n8n, Make, Zapier, Supabase, Chatwoot, Typebot, HubSpot, RD Station and Google Sheets.
How do billing and balance work?
The model is prepaid: you add balance and each active number uses R$15 per month. No per-message fees, no lock-in and no balance that expires. You only pay for the numbers you keep active.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes, optional and per instance. The AI answers, qualifies leads, understands context, audio and images, and hands off to a human when the case calls for it. You choose which numbers to turn it on for.
Is mass messaging allowed?
Sending at volume is not forbidden in itself, but there are rules. WhatsApp cracks down on spam, and data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD require a legal basis to contact people. The safe path is to message your own base and people who gave consent, with pacing and warm-up, never bought cold lists.
